ملخص:
يشهد عالم التسيير اليوم تحولات عميقة وجذرية على الصعيدين العالمي والمحلي، لذا أضحى من الضروري الاهتمام بالبيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة إذا ما أرادت المنظمات تعزيز موقعها التنافسي والحفاظ على مكانتها، خاصة وأن أي خلل يصيبها فإنه يؤثر بشكل كبير في بقية الأجزاء. ولعل أهم مكون يمكن له أن يتأثر سلبا أو إيجابا بمتغيراتها هو الأداء الوظيفي الذي يمثل المحصلة النهائية للجهد المبذول، أين تسعى المنظمة دومًا لتحسينه اعتمادا على آليات مختلفة. وهذا ما نحاول التقصي عنه في محاور هذا المقال.

Abstract:
The world of management today is witnessing Profound and radical transformations at both the global and local levels. So, it has become necessary interest to the company’s internal environment if the organizations want strengthen its competitive position and maintain its position, Especially that any defect occurs in it affects significantly in the rest of the parts.. Perhaps the most important factor that could have negatively or positively influenced by organization environment variables is the functional performance of employees, which represents the final outcome for effort accordingly the organization is always striving to improve it, using various mechanisms. This is what we are trying to discover in the axes of this article.
